What is premium kerosene (BS 2869 Class C1)?
Premium kerosene is a clean-burning and high smoke point heating oil with low sulphur content which makes it more efficient and better for the environment. By using premium kerosene, you’ll be improving the performance of your heating system whilst extending its lifespan. In most cases, premium kerosene C1 is C2 kerosene blended with an advanced fuel additive that alters its properties.
